Superior Irrigation, a division of Rost, Inc., is seeking to hire a full time Irrigation Department Manager. Rost, Inc. is an established and expanding landscape design/build, irrigation, landscape lighting, fencing, wholesale and retail firm serving Mid-Missouri with over 30 years in the industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage department inventory

2. Provide supervision and work direction to crews and assist in problem solving and training

3. Ensure efficiency of jobs and crews through time sheets, estimates, and customer service

4. Sales of commercial and residential projects for irrigation, landscape lighting, and decorative fencing

5. Ensure profitability of projects by performing administrative duties such as processing time records, daily work orders, and project records.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry

2. Team player with strong communication skills

3. Basic sales and managerial experience

4. Experience in supply and product inventory management

5. Driver’s license with clean record
